Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:


If the Customer receives Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we may require photographic evidence of the damage.


If Wrong Products are Delivered: In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will coordinate the return or exchange process for you.

 
Terms & Conditions for Return | Replacement

1. Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the item being faulty/ defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint, we will process your request for return/replacement with regard to the faulty/defective item(s). For eligible items, you must place a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Items returned by the customers should not be used, washed, altered, tampered with, or soiled. All original packing, tags, labels, manuals, leaflets, warranty/guarantee cards, accessories, freebies, etc., should be intact and placed in the package. The courier will not accept your item in the absence of any of these. 

3. Order replacements will depend on the availability of the ordered item.

4. Refund/ Replacement will be initiated once we receive the item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.

5. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.


Note: In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.

 

Warranties:

 

This product comes with a 36-month* warranty period, which covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.


This limited warranty does not apply to the following:


Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use.

Small cuts, scratches, or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents.

Damage was caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer.

Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight).

Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product.

Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water.

In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).

Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joint opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).

Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.

Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.

As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty.

REFUND ON RETURNS 

The Refund will be initiated upon successful pick-up and quality check as per the Return Policy. The refund amount will be reflected in your account within 10 days post-initiation, depending on your bank partner.
